Operating Grant - The Healing Trust Operating Grants provide unrestricted funds for health-focused nonprofits based on the budget of the organization. In 2026, we are prioritizing wellness and staff support for nonprofits. Learn more about the Sabbatical Fund and Culture and Care Fund.

Only Operating Grant recipients in the Resilient Families and Thriving Communities categories will receive the additional funds for capacity-building. The K32 award supports fellows within 12 months prior to transitioning into, or within the first two years of, a postdoctoral position.
