We have offered a Sabbatical Grant Program since 2016, but we know the need for extended rest goes beyond our grant partners. That’s why we contribute to the Sabbatical Fund at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee in collaboration with multiple philanthropic foundations. Eligible CEO/EDs are invited to take a 3-month rest, utilizing grant dollars from this fund for sabbatical activities and interim leadership support.
