In 2025 alone, Childhelp served more than 350,000 children and families through programs, including its 24/7 Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline, which supports nearly 100,000 children, parents, and caregivers each year. Childhelp Advocacy Centers also serve more than 4,000 children annually, providing safety, medical care, and trauma-informed therapy.

NEW IN 2026 - Operating on an invite-only basis, we exclusively consider a limited number of requests from organizations that align closely with our mission and serve communities where In-N-Out Burger operates. We are excited to announce that our grant funding range has increased to $10,000–$50,000, enabling us to provide greater support to organizations with strong mission alignment who are long-term partners.

The In-N-Out Burger Foundation will only consider support for organizations that meet the following criteria: A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with at least two years of operation and service provision.

Provide direct support to children and youth who have experienced child abuse and neglect in one or more of the following areas: Foster care/adoption services, prevention and early intervention, court advocacy and legal services, medical and forensic, and TAY education and support. Targeted programs addressing domestic violence, child and family homelessness, or therapeutic services.

Maintain an annual operating budget of at least $100,000. Operate programs or be located within a county where an In-N-Out Burger restaurant is present. Core Grants (Award Range: $10,000–$50,000) Program: Restricted funding to develop, expand, or enhance programs within an existing organization.

General Operating Support: Unrestricted funding to support the overall operations and sustainability of eligible nonprofits. Applicants must clearly demonstrate how funding will sustain the organization’s mission and directly benefit children and youth in their care. Note: All programs must align with our mission to be eligible.

Capital Grants (Award Range: $10,000–$75,000) Capital grants are awarded on a highly selective basis each year to organizations with an established funding relationship with the In-N-Out Burger Foundation (minimum of two years) and that meet all eligibility criteria. Please carefully review the Capital Grant Guidelines above to ensure that your organization meets the requirements to apply. Capital Grants are invitation-only.
