501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization The Jordan Fund provides grants and support to children with substantial and permanent disabilities, empowering families and organizations to create meaningful change. "The Jordan Fund was founded in 2003 by John and Kelly Olerud with the mission to provide support to children with disabilities and their families."

Inspired by their daughter Jordan, who was born in 2000 with a rare chromosome disorder, the fund reflects their firsthand understanding of both the challenges families face and the importance of strong support. Grateful for family, friends, and resources that helped sustain them, John and Kelly felt called by the Lord to help others navigating similar journeys.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. We are a grant making organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities and their families.

We accept applications from both families in need and nonprofit organizations that share our mission. If you have a child with disability, we may be able to help with respite, therapy, and equipment costs. Child must have a permanent and substantial disability.

The Jordan Fund is here to step in and help cover the gaps financially for equipment or services that insurance denies or partially covers. Applications reviewed quarterly. Final submission for the year must be received by September 1st.

We fund organizations dedicated to supporting children with disabilities through programs, therapy, and equipment. Must be a 501(c)(3) entity Support children with permanent and substantial disabilities. Applications reviewed once a year, submissions are due by September 1st.
