We design _interactive learning tools_, expand _autism support_, and prepare underserved youth for the careers a system designed without them has long kept out of reach. one north star: _belonging_. Every program is built to meet a child where they are, not to drag them somewhere they aren't ready to go.

Hands-on tools, adaptive software, and tablets that meet children where their curiosity lives, not where a curriculum says it should.

* Tablets, sensory-friendly apps, AAC devices placed in homes and classrooms * Adaptive math, reading, and STEAM curricula built for diverse learners * Family training so the tools live beyond the program Practical support for autistic children and their families: therapy access, parent navigation, and community that doesn't require code-switching.

* Sliding-scale therapy connections (OT, speech, ABA alternatives) * Black and brown family peer cohorts that meet monthly * IEP advocacy: we sit in the meetings, in writing, on your team For under-resourced youth aging out of school services: credentials, mentorship, and on-ramps into tech and trades that pay.

* Six-month tech certifications with paid stipends * Mentorship from Black and brown professionals already in the field * Job placement partners committed to neurodiverse hiring Direct grants that help families afford the specialized, out-of-pocket care that's too often reserved for those who can pay for it.

* Grants toward specialized therapies and supports insurance won't reimburse * Family-directed: we help fund the care plan parents build with their providers * Closing the gap so specialized care isn't only for families who can pay out of pocket ## By 2030, with _$100 million_ in funding, this is what we're building toward. Families in every state with access to our tools, research, and support programs.

School and clinic partners Educators and clinicians trained and equipped to serve neurodivergent learners. Technology and programs available to families regardless of zip code or income. Every study we fund is published openly, including null results and failures.

Fund the Superpowers initiative ## Help us build a learning world where _different minds_ are the heroes. Superpowers brings together an adaptive early-language app, an inclusive children's series, and MOSAIC, our open-source character engine. Together, they give children tools that respond to how they learn and stories that reflect the fullness of who they are.
