2027-2028 Rights and Services Act (RASA)/Victims of Juvenile Offenders (VOJO) Solicitation is sponsored by Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) (federal and state funds). STOP Violence Against Women (VAWA STOP) Grant Program is sponsored by Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet.
