Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA) Grants is sponsored by Office of Family Violence Prevention and Services (OFVPS), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Early Care and Education Grants is a grant from the California Community Foundation that funds nonprofit organizations working to improve access to and quality of early care and education (ECE) for children in Los Angeles County. The program operates through the Early Childhood Alliance (ECA), a coalition of L.A. County ECE stakeholders launched in partnership with the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
