Individual Scholarship Application — Power Forward We are happy to see you are taking steps towards sobriety. Our sober living houses are substance-free environments for those who are working towards becoming a better, sober version of themselves. The Power Forward Sober Living Scholarship will provide the funding you need for your housing so that you can focus more on your recovery and less on the financial burden recovery can cause.
Applying for this scholarship is a great first step towards an opportunity to reflect on your past and allow us to help you create a better future. Candidates must be motivated to live in a structured, vetted sober house. If you’re granted this Power Forward Sober Living Scholarship, the following expectations must be met: ● Complete all treatment goals ● Follow all treatment facility rules ● Be of service to others.
