Focus – The Reuter Family Foundation The Reuter Family Foundation makes grants to ONLY nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations in the Collin County and Dallas, Texas area. (We do not make grants directly to individuals.) The Foundation has concentrated their grant awards on agencies that: provide emergency assistance to displaced individuals.
assist with affordable housing. provide social services to the poor and disadvantaged. provide temporary and/or permanent housing for the safety of youth and/or adults.
assist underserved families with early childhood education. provide programs for substance abuse, addiction or mental health. WHAT KIND OF PROPOSALS WE DO NOT CONSIDER?
Except in unusual circumstances The Reuter Family Foundation does not grant monies for: Construction or renovation of buildings. Equipment purchases including computers, software, recorders, DVD players, etc. Artistic or civic projects. Conferences, travel or media projects.
Graduate studies, scholarships, tuition, some training programs. To influence legislation or participate in any political campaigns.
