A New Round of the Norwegian Scholarship Programme for Ukrainian Writers is sponsored by Ukrainian PEN, The Norwegian Non-Fiction Writers and Translators Association, the Norwegian Helsinki Committee and the Norwegian Writers' Union, within the framework of The Nansen Support Programme for Ukraine.
