Founded in 1970, Public Counsel is a leader in providing legal services to youth, families, individuals, small businesses, and non-profits, and is one of the largest pro bono legal service providers in the nation. Each year, Public Counsel serves over 12,000 individuals and 500 small businesses and nonprofit organizations resulting in $9 million in revenue and savings for their clients.

Highly responsive to community needs, in the aftermath of the Palisades and Eaton Fires, Public Counsel continues to provide free legal support and resources for businesses and families impacted at two Disaster Recovery Centers located in Altadena and at UCLA.
