Providing Emergency Financial Assistance to Hospitality Professionals A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization The T3 Foundation supports eligible hospitality professionals experiencing emergency financial hardships caused by medical emergencies, unexpected loss of income, accidents, family crises, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Every application is reviewed individually, taking into consideration the applicant's circumstances, supporting documentation, and available Foundation resources. The hospitality industry is built on people who dedicate their lives to serving others. Emergency Assistance for Hospitality Employees Emergency Assistance Eligibility The T3 Foundation Corp. is committed to supporting individuals employed in the hospitality industry who are experiencing an emergency financial hardship due to an unexpected circumstance. We understand that unexpected events can create significant financial challenges.

Through our emergency assistance program, the Foundation provides limited financial support to eligible hospitality employees who are facing a temporary crisis and need assistance during a difficult time.

To be eligible for assistance, applicants must: Be employed in the hospitality industry (or have recently experienced a hospitality-related loss of employment in the last 30 days, due to an unexpected circumstance); Work within one of the communities currently served by The T3 Foundation: New Smyrna Beach, The Shores (Daytona Beach Shores), Ormond Beach, or Jacksonville Beach, Florida; Be experiencing an emergency financial hardship; Complete the Foundation's application process (including phone interview) and provide required supporting documentation; Have not received emergency financial assistance from The T3 Foundation within the previous twelve (12) months; Examples of Emergency Hardships Emergency assistance may be considered for situations such as: Unexpected medical expenses or serious illness; Injury or accident resulting in loss of income; Loss of income due to unforeseen circumstances; Fire, flood, or unexpected property damage; Other emergency situations, creating an immediate financial need.

Assistance may be considered for essential needs related to an approved emergency hardship. Requests are reviewed individually, and assistance is based on: The circumstances of the hardship; Available Foundation funds; Completion of the application requirements; and Approval by The T3 Foundation Board of Directors. Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance or a specific award amount.

Due to limited funding, The T3 Foundation is currently focused on supporting eligible hospitality employees working within our designated service area. The Foundation reserves the right to determine eligibility and award amounts based on available resources and the applicant's documented need. All applications and personal information submitted are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of reviewing assistance requests.

By submitting an application, the applicant authorizes The T3 Foundation to verify information provided in the application. Verification may include contacting employers, landlords, service providers, or other references, with the applicant's authorization, to confirm employment, financial hardship, or other information relevant to the request for assistance.
