Our grant application windows run from Jan 1 – Feb 1 & July 1 – Aug 1 We award our grants to 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations with projects and portfolios especially for the youngest in New Jersey and Vermont . 🩺 🏥HealthySteps embeds early childhood specialists directly in pediatric practices so they can support caregivers and their children, identifying challenges early on. 🤝HealthySteps specialists help families connect with local resources that address housing insecurity, food access, and mental health support.
🤩In NJ, HealthySteps was launched at Hackensack Meridian Health through a partnership between the Turrell Fund, the Burke Foundation, and the Nicholson Foundation.
