Many families in Central Arkansas face overwhelming costs when seeking therapies like hippotherapy, aquatic therapy, or adaptive martial arts. Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), cerebral palsy, or other developmental disabilities benefit greatly from these services—but access can be limited without financial assistance.

2027-2028 Rights and Services Act (RASA)/Victims of Juvenile Offenders (VOJO) Solicitation is sponsored by Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) (federal and state funds). STOP Violence Against Women (VAWA STOP) Grant Program is sponsored by Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet. This formula grant program, administered by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) and managed at the state level by the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, supports the development and strengthening of effective law enforcement, prosecution, judicial strategies, and victim services in cases of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and/or dating violence. Funding priority is given to victim advocacy services, prosecution, law enforcement, courts, and discretionary programs. These funds should be used for projects that serve or focus on adults and youth (age 11-24) who are victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking, and may also support complementary new initiatives and emergency services for victims and their families, including children 10 and under.
