Wagner has launched the Third District Small Business Virtual Training and Grant Program, offering eligible small businesses a chance to strengthen their operations and earn a $1,000 grant upon successful completion. Posted on September 02, 2026 The program begins October 7, 2026, and includes four weeks of virtual business training through the California State University, Fullerton Small Business Development Center (CSUF SBDC).
Participants will receive practical tools, resources, and guidance designed to help strengthen and grow their businesses. To qualify for the $1,000 grant, eligible businesses must complete the required four-week training program and participate in a one-on-one consulting session with a CSUF SBDC consultant.
Because the program is conducted virtually, participating business owners can complete the training while continuing to operate their businesses. The program is open to eligible small businesses located within Orange County’s Third Supervisorial District, which includes Rancho Santa Margarita. Business owners are encouraged to review the program requirements and apply early.

Performing Arts Grant Fund is a grant from South Oxfordshire District Council that funds community and voluntary sector performing arts projects within South Oxfordshire.
