Learn More Money for College Tennessee Reconnect Grant Overview Award Information Eligibility Application Related Links The TN Reconnect Grant is available to students who are classified as independent on the FAFSA OR at least 23 years of age by January 1 of the academic year of enrollment who have not previously earned an associate degree or more advanced degree and are enrolled at least part-time in an eligible program of study.
Award amount varies based on amount of remaining tuition and mandatory fees after all other gift aid has first been applied. The scholarship is terminated after the student has attained an associate degree or certificate in an eligible program of study OR five (5) years have passed since the date of initial enrollment as a Tennessee Reconnect student.
A student may continue to receive a TN Reconnect Grant for an associate degree or sequential certificate following completion of a certificate which directly leads to the associate degree program or sequential certificate. If a student completes a certificate that does not lead directly to an associate degree or sequential certificate, the scholarship is terminated.
Be classified as an independent student OR be at least 23 years of age on or before January 1 of the academic year of initial enrollment Be a Tennessee resident as classified by the Tennessee Board of Regents File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the deadline date each academic year of enrollment Be enrolled in a federal Title IV eligible curriculum of courses leading to a certificate or associate degree Not have previously earned an associate degree or more advanced degree Enroll in and attend at least six credit hours at an eligible institution Maintain a minimum 2.
0 cumulative grade point average at the end of each academic year Participate in a college success program, as determined by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission The student must be continuously enrolled at an eligible postsecondary institution in the fall and spring semesters. The TN Reconnect application must be submitted by the end of the academic year (June 30) to which it pertains. Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) . For Reconnect purposes, the FAFSA must be submitted each academic year and prior to the following deadlines to be considered for an award for a specific semester.

The Robotics Grant Program is a grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) that funds school-based robotics programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Awarded through a competitive application process, the program provides up to $3,500 to eligible local education agencies (LEAs) in Alabama.
