Together With Our Community is sponsored by Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg. This opportunity offers grants to support community-based and mission-aligned activities, events, or new programming within specific priority zip codes (33705, 33711, and 33712) in South St.

Petersburg. Applications are reviewed monthly.

Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg Since our inception, the Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg has awarded more than $32 million in grant funding to local organizations working to make our community healthier and more equitable.

Through our grantmaking, the Foundation strengthens vital work to improve the social and environmental factors that shape our health, builds the capacity of our nonprofit community, and responds to critical community needs while fostering systemic change.

“It’s important to me and to the Foundation that we remove as many barriers as possible in the application process,” Senior Director of Grants Management and Administration Julie Rocco said. “We ask only for the information we truly need to make informed decisions, listen to feedback from our partners and applicants, and strive to make the application process as clear, simple, and accessible as we can.

” Launched on June 23rd, 2026, Together With Our Community is a rolling deadline opportunity offering grants of up to $2,500 to support community-based and mission-aligned activities, events, or new programming happening in our priority zip codes of 33705, 33711, and 33712. Launched on June 23, 2026, St. Pete Thrives is a new opportunity offered in partnership with Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital. Together, we will award grants of up to $50,000 to sustain and scale existing programs that support a thriving community in which all people can lead healthy lives.

This opportunity prioritizes direct service solutions in our priority zip codes of 33705, 33711, and 33712. Check out our web page for details on what we’re funding and how to apply. The Foundation has partnered with Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital to launch a funding opportunity — Capacity-Building: Strengthening Organizational Infrastructure.

Through this program, we will award 25 capacity-building grants of up to $10,000 each ($250,000 in total) to nonprofits working to advance racially equitable health outcomes in the three zip codes of the South St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area (33705, 33711, 33712).
