Information for patients and caregivers What the integrated Patient Advocate Foundation and launch of TotalAssist means for our patients and their caregivers If you enrolled in financial assistance from either Patient Advocate Foundation’s Co-Pay Relief program or the PAN Foundation prior to July 1, 2026, your grant will remain active throughout the entire grant period as long as grant use requirements continue to be met.
For PAF Co-Pay Relief program grants : There will be no change to the eligible expenses that the grant can be used for and there are no changes to the grant use requirements. Claims will continue to be processed using the existing pharmacy card information that was issued at approval for the full eligibility period of your grant. You will now use the TotalAssist portal ( Portal.
TotalAssist. org ) and call center ( 866-512-3861 ) to manage your PAF Co-Pay Relief Program grant. PAN premium grants and transportation grants will see no change to the eligible expenses the grant can be used for and there is no change to the grant use requirements.
PAN copay grants are eligible for expanded covered expenses beginning July 1 to include: Medication copays, coinsurance, and deductibles Health insurance premiums Office visit copays the day of treatment Administration charges the day of treatment Claims will continue to be processed using the existing pharmacy card information that was issued at approval for the full eligibility period of your grant.

Financial assistance through TotalAssist is not a loan or discount, but is charitable funding awarded to individuals to help with eligible out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
