Transitional Housing Program Plus (THP-Plus) - ILP Online The Independent Living Program Sexual Health and Pregnant / Parenting Support / Legal Assistance Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Foster Youth Bill Of Rights Transitional Housing Program Plus (THP-Plus) Are you a foster or probation youth between the ages of 18 -24 and you are homeless or at risk of being homeless?
Do you know what it is like to live on your own in a safe and supportive home environment? Well, you might be interested in Transitional Housing Program Plus. This program will provide you with an opportunity to live in an apartment in the community while getting support from a team of individuals that will assist you with your independent living skills goals.
You will learn the skills to become self-sufficient by the time you exit this program. Your DCFS and/or Probation case will have to be closed prior to you entering this housing program. For THP-Plus and Closed Cases, contact thp-plus-closedcases@dcfs.

gov Housing Application and ILP Verification Form THP-Plus Housing Intake Roster Brought to you by the Los Angeles County Youth Development Services Division (YDSD) and Independent Living Program (ILP) Los Angeles County Transition Partnership. The Youth Development Services Program receives a set budget every year from state and federal government resources. Resources are distributed according to need and not as an entitlement.
Due to budget limitations, please note the services and benefits described in this website are available to LA County ILP eligible transitioning youth, ages 16 to 20. Funds are distributed on a needs basis until all funds spent for the fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th). There are services currently provided to youth, ages 14 and 15 (participation in these programs do not result in automatic ILP Eligibility).
ILP services are provided when funding is available. All services provided are voluntary.
