This program provides long-term, supportive housing and services for homeless and at-risk youth aged 16 to 21, including safe housing, life skills training, education and employment support, and mental and physical health care.
Priority is given to public and non-profit private agencies with experience serving runaway, homeless, and street youth. For-profit organizations are not eligible.
