Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant (SUBG) is sponsored by SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration). This block grant provides funds to states and territories to plan, implement, and evaluate activities that prevent and treat substance use.
