We want to live in a world where it’s OK to talk about mental health and to ask for help. We hear all too often that getting help can be full of roadblocks and challenges. That’s why we created the **Treatment & Recovery Scholarship Program** to make it possible for you to get the help you need and deserve.
**_(Please be advised that there is a waiting list.) _** If you’re reading this—it means that you are taking the courageous step toward healing and recovery. Thank you for being brave and believing that your well-being matters.
In order to receive a scholarship award, there are three components of the application process that must be completed.
This includes: 1) Your online application 2) Giving your HIPAA release of information statement to your mental health provider **_(Please be sure to add their email address on step 7 of the application)_** 3) Your mental health provider completing their verification survey and providing billing information If you do not have a mental health provider at the time of your application, you will be able to start the process but it will not be considered complete until a provider is listed.
You can return to this step of the application to complete separately. Once you’ve submitted an application, the provided information will be reviewed. The team will contact you directly if there are any questions or missing information.
**Please be advised that we currently have a waiting list for our scholarship and awards may take longer than usual. We also are currently offering a Telehealth therapy option. If you are interested you can select Telehealth Therapy in step 2 of the application and someone from the team will reach out directly to you. If you’re in need of support right now, we encourage you to reach out to our friends at Crisis Text Line.
