Click below to know more. The City of Trenton UEZ offers funding to repair sidewalks in commercial corridors at no cost to property and business owners.
While City Code typically requires property owners to maintain the sidewalks in front of their properties, the UEZ program can cover the full cost of these repairs, though certain restrictions may apply. To qualify, at least two businesses on the same block must become certified UEZ members. Certification is free, and assistance with the process is available at City Hall.
