Trustmark Foundation Grants is sponsored by Trustmark National Bank. The Trustmark Foundation provides grants to charitable organizations nominated by associates and focuses on five areas: Arts and Culture, Community, Economic Development, Education or Health and Social Services.

Supporting the Community Service of Trustmark Associates At Trustmark, caring for people is at the heart of who we are. As a mutual company, we believe our success is measured not only by the work we do, but also by the impact we make in the communities we call home.

Each year, Trustmark associates volunteer to support these communities. Giving back has always been a top priority, and through the Trustmark Cares Volunteer Program, full-time, benefits-eligible associates receive four hours of paid time off each year to volunteer in their communities. Associates can participate in company-sponsored volunteer opportunities or choose to support organizations that are meaningful to them.

Additionally, the Trustmark Foundation provides grants to charitable organizations nominated by associates. See below for examples of how Trustmark associates go above and beyond to serve their communities. The Trustmark Foundation, established in 1984, helps carry forward Trustmark's commitment to caring.

Through grants, charitable giving and volunteer support, the Foundation strengthens nonprofit organizations and invests in healthier, stronger communities where our associates live and work. Trustmark Foundation grants support health, education, and community well-being initiatives that improve health outcomes, including affordable housing, food security, and services for people with disabilities.

Trustmark pledges a percentage of its pretax earnings to support charitable organizations serving the communities and causes that matter most to our associates. In addition, associates who volunteer with qualified tax-exempt organizations are encouraged to apply for a Trustmark Foundation Volunteer Grant, helping support those organizations and their ongoing community impact. Eckert Scholarship The Ralph J. Eckert Scholarship Program, established by the Trustmark Foundation, helps support the educational goals of associates' children as they pursue post-secondary education. Named in honor of retired Trustmark CEO Ralph J.

Eckert, the program reflects Trustmark's long-standing commitment to investing in people and creating opportunities for the future. Each year, the Trustmark Foundation awards up to 15 scholarships of $5,000 to eligible undergraduate students. The scholarships assist with post-secondary education costs while recognizing and rewarding student achievement.

Scholarships are renewed automatically for eligible returning students. The Annual Giving Campaign is an associate-led initiative that strengthens communities through shared purpose, collective impact, and meaningful choice. Each year, associates across the company come together for a week of camaraderie, purpose, and fun.

During the campaign, associates can direct their contributions to any IRS-designated 501(c)(3) charitable organization of their choice. The Trustmark Foundation amplifies associate generosity by providing varying levels of matching support to help increase the impact of eligible donations. No canned smiles here.

Finance associates spent an afternoon sorting and packing food at the Northern Illinois Food Bank, which serves people in 13 counties by providing 250,000 meals per day.
