## Additional Information Agency Name:Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Description:Secretarys Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS09-9127CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (IUATLD): Improving the Effectiveness of Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Programs in Resource-Limited Countries.
Approximately $160,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to assist the IUATLD in providing technical assistance and conducting training programs to National TB Control Programs (NTPs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other interested partners to strengthen TB treatment and control efforts worldwide.
