gov for More Information Notice of Funding Opportunity for the U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) 2026 Notice of Funding Opportunity for the U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) 2026 (State Dept. / Mohammad Iqbal Nasution) The U.S. Mission to Indonesia is now accepting applications for the U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) program.
This year’s AFCP grant cycle celebrates Freedom 250, or**250 years of American independence**. Special emphasis will be placed on projects that honor the global contributions of the United States throughout history. In Indonesia, examples of such projects might involve the USS _Houston_ site, the role of the United States in the Battle of Morotai, and many others.
Grants range from U.S. $25,000 to $250,000. Projects may range in length from one to five years. Full details about the AFCP Freedom 250 program, including application requirements, are availablehere.
