UKSPF Business Growth Capital Grant Applications for this grant have now closed. North Lincolnshire Council has just launched a new UKSPF Business Growth Capital Grant for local SME's located in North Lincolnshire that have been trading for over 12 months. Funding will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocation is fully committed.
The grant will help businesses future-proof their operations by investing in equipment, plant, digital systems, and energy-efficiency measures that strengthen long-term sustainability and competitiveness. The scheme is intended for businesses with projects that are ready to start immediately upon receiving an offer letter. Funding is offered on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocation is fully committed.
Funding may be used for: New plant, machinery, and equipment to expand capacity or improve quality. Introduction of new technologies or processes to improve productivity. Diversification of production into new or additional products or services.
Energy-saving and low-carbon measures, such as solar panels, heat pumps, or energy-efficient machinery. Minimum project value : £5,000 Business contribution: £2,500 Maximum grant available : £5,000 This typically supports projects up to £10,000 total cost (50% grant, 50% match funding). Businesses may choose to invest more than £10,000, but the maximum grant contribution remains capped at £5,000.
Upon approval, projects need to be completed and claims submitted, within 30 working days of the offer date.
