Founded in 2014 Umoja Global Community Music Therapy strives to bring sustainable music therapy services to underserved populations globally.
We are an associate member of The World Federation of Music Therapy (WFMT), and currently our work is based in East Africa. We have served communities throughout Kenya and Uganda. With a focus on female empowerment, Umoja functions as a resource and advocacy body for the promotion and establishment of music therapy services.
