IMD has developed a special initiative for the FY27 ConCPT grant program. This special initiative reduces the number of required participants; expands eligible participants and expense categories to include selected Capital expenditures; and raises the State share to 100% reimbursement. The application period is April 15-28, 2026.

The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
