USAID/BHA Emergency Application Guidelines - Guidelines for Integrating Gender-Based Violence Interventions in Humanitarian Action Guidelines for Integrating Gender-Based Violence Interventions in Humanitarian Action Reducing risk, promoting resilience and aiding recovery USAID/BHA Emergency Application Guidelines USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) is issuing these Emergency Application Guidelines in accordance with relevant Federal laws, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) policy, and international humanitarian agreements.
These Guidelines are issued under restricted eligibility conditions for emergency/disaster assistance and/or based on programmatic purpose in compliance with USAID Automated Directive Series (ADS) Chapter 303. They apply to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) submitting applications to BHA for either new awards or modifications of existing awards.
These Guidelines provide detailed information relevant to the application submission and award process for grants and cooperative agreements, hereafter termed “awards. ” Sector Resources : All sectors This site is always being updated, so please check back often for new additions, tools, and resources!
