USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Programs - National Center on School Infrastructure This program provides grants, direct loans, and loan guarantees to public bodies, nonprofit organizations, and tribal entities to develop essential community infrastructure in rural areas with populations under 20,000. Funding supports projects that enhance public services, including healthcare, education, public safety, and transportation.
