Field Grant Applications - USYS Utah Skip to primary navigation The 2026 UYSA Field Grant is now officially open for applications! The 2026 UYSA Field Grant is now officially open for applications. If you are an Organizational Member, to be eligible for this grant, you must be in good standing.
If you received a grant for the 2025 cycle, you must submit documentation (photos and description) of how funds were utilized prior to applying for the 2026 grant. The deadline to apply for this opportunity is September 20th. Following the close of applications, a committee will be formed to review and award funds.
Funds will be disbursed to recipients in October. Please keep in mind, if your club receives this grant, you must submit documentation on how funds have been used within 1 year of the grant’s issue date or prior to applying for a future grant.
Field Development grants can be requested for projects pertaining to fields maintenance, flags, goals etc. Equipment purchases like lawn mowers or water containers will not be considered for this grant program. Clubs that have been awarded funds in the past and have not provided follow-up documentation of the use of funds will not be considered for this year’s grant.
Supporting Documents: (to be uploaded on application) Documentation of tax-exempt status Description of your project, including Timeline (start to finish) Who the project will serve Who owns the field/facility Why the community needs the project Any other funding and planning status of the project One club used their $7,000 grant to buy new goals to be placed at their park where multiple teams practice at!
Another club used their $6,000 grant and bought new goals with their grant money to use for trainings. This club used their $5,000 grant to help patch up and repair their fields plus some goal purchases. This club used their $15,000 grant towards field development and irrigation on their fields.
