Impact Grant Application | United Way of Central Kansas United Way of Central Kansas Impact Grant Program The UWCK Impact Grant Program offers funding of up to $1,000 per year to eligible nonprofit or governmental programs serving Barton and Pawnee Counties . These grants support meaningful projects that align with Health, Education, or Financial Stability — the building blocks of a strong community.
The total awarded through this program will not exceed $5,000 per year .
501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations Governmental agency programs Applicants must serve Barton or Pawnee Counties Grants are not available to individuals Specific programs or projects — not event sponsorships Initiatives that address unmet needs, offer innovative solutions, and demonstrate measurable outcomes Projects that align with UWCK priorities and show potential for sustainability Note: Applicants should request the amount truly needed (up to $1,000) and provide supporting details to justify the funding request.
Applications are accepted year-round Reviews take place twice a year — in May and November Funding decisions are based on a scoring system tied to UWCK’s priorities Operating deficits or retroactive support Direct or grassroots lobbying Hospitals, medical facilities, or medical/academic research Ready to apply or have questions?
