VA Technology Transfer BRAVE Funding Program is sponsored by U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Transfer Program (TTP). This intramural funding mechanism supports eligible VA inventors in the continued innovation and development of VA-owned or jointly owned intellectual property assets.
The goal is to better position their technology for commercialization and impact, bringing research advancements for veterans to everyone. Projects generally fall into categories like minimum viable prototype production, prototype testing, clinical grade prototype production, and chemical synthesis and testing.
