_________________________ _________________________ LOI APPLICATION OPENS: January 5, 2026 LOI DEADLINE: February 27 , 2026 PROPOSALS INVITED: March 20, 2026 PROPOSAL DEADLINE: April 10, 2026 SITE VISITS: April 20, 2026 – May 29, 2026 BOARD MEETING: June 24, 2026 _________________________ GRANT CYCLE: NOVEMBER 2026 _________________________ LOI APPLICATION OPENS: June 1, 2026 LOI DEADLINE: July 17, 2026 PROPOSALS INVITED: August 7, 2026 PROPOSAL DEADLINE: September 4, 2026 SITE VISITS: September 14, 2026 – October 30, 2026 BOARD MEETING: November 17, 2026 Letters of inquiry and proposals received after a deadline will not be considered for the upcoming meeting.
_________________________ If you wish to apply for a grant, you must first complete a brief eligibility quiz . If you meet our basic eligibility requirements, you will then be able to register and submit a letter of inquiry (LOI) via our new grants application portal. The LOI must precede the submission of a full proposal.
The van Ameringen Foundation staff will contact those organizations selected to submit a full proposal and schedule a site visit.
