National Association of Multicultural Rehabilitation Concerns (NAMRC) NAMRC is a professional association rooted in the legacy of the 1969 Council of Non-White Rehabilitation Workers, founded to ensure representation and equity for BIPOC professionals and communities within the rehabilitation field.
