Veteran Service Officer Grant Program is sponsored by Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). This program provides grants to designated veterans' service organizations to assist them in improving the lives of veterans. The four Pennsylvania veterans' service organizations designated by law to receive the grants are the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign War, American Veterans and Disabled American Veterans.
DMVA may also designate other veterans' service organizations that are members of the Pennsylvania State Veterans' Commission and active participants in the Commission.
