Veterans' Trust Fund is sponsored by Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). The Veterans' Trust Fund (VTF) in Pennsylvania provides grants to organizations that support Pennsylvania's veterans. This funding can be used for programs such as Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) services for veterans.
