VPRF/AVMF Pharmacology Research Grants - AVMF VPRF/AVMF Pharmacology Research Grants Animal health research is crucial to the future of veterinary medicine. The AVMF devotes its efforts to raising financial support for research projects that will help lead to improved prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of prevalent, life-threatening diseases in animals.
The American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF) is proud to offer two research grant opportunities funded by the Veterinary Pharmacology Research Foundation (VPRF)—one for veterinary pharmacology and one for veterinary pharmacokinetics. The Veterinary Pharmacology Research Foundation (VPRF) is a non-profit which supports veterinary pharmacology research and training through grant funding, education, and sharing research findings. Any clinician or scientist with an interest in veterinary pharmacology is eligible to serve as Principal Investigator.
Collaboration with pharmacology researchers who are members or student members of the American Academy of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics as well as members or student members of the American Veterinary Medical Association is strongly encouraged.
