Counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Wise, City of Norton, Towns of Appalachia, Big Stone Gap, Cleveland, Clincho, Clinchport, Clintwood, Coeburn, Duffield, Dungannon, Gate City, Grundy, Haysi, Honaker, Jonesville, Lebanon, Nickelsville, Pennington Gap, Pound, Richlands, St. Charles, St. Paul, Weber City, and Wise.
Must meet income guidelines and certain risk factors to apply. Please call 276-325-0471 to be screened for eligibility. Our Neighbor to Neighbor Utility Assistance program can help you pay utility bills from both Old Dominion Power (ODP) and Appalachian Power (AEP).
This funding is available beginning October 1 of each year until all funds are exhausted. Call 276-679-7240 to learn more.
