We provide financial support to nonprofits that offer home- and community-based healthcare to the medically underserved.
We award grants to organizations improving health and wellness in our region. 2021 marked VNA Foundation’s 25th year as a grantmaker. Since 1996, we have partnered with metro Chicago’s nonprofit agencies to provide services right in the homes and communities of those most in need.
VNA Foundation is excited to share that we have teamed with Erickson Coaching & Consulting to begin the search to fill the newly-created position of Program & Communications Associate. VNA Foundation awards grants to support nonprofit organizations that provide home- and community-based health services to medically underserved populations in our region.
Within all funding areas, VNA prioritizes organizations that: serve uninsured populations and/or Medicaid recipients; demonstrate culturally competent services; and have staff that reflect the population served.
