The Washington Department of Commerce is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to find qualified organizations to provide training and technical assistance for Washington’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The selected provider will help ensure the program meets the requirements set by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
The work must also meet or exceed the minimum standards in the DOE Quality Work Plan (QWP). Commerce has budgeted an amount not to exceed $407,678 for this project. If more funding becomes available during the contract period, we may update the contract to include additional related services.
However, additional funding is not guaranteed. Licensed to do business in Washington or submit a statement of commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) calendar days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Contractor.
