Click the Register button at the bottom of the page. Ecology will receive a notification of your registration request. When Ecology approves the registration request, EAGL IGX will send you an email letting you know your registration has been approved.
Click the EAGL IGX external page link . Click the SAW link on the welcome panel. If you already have a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account for other government services, do not create a new account to access EAGL IGX.
You may not "share" a SAW account with another person or organization. Click the Secure Access Washington (SAW) link on the welcome panel.
Create your SAW account and wait for a confirmation email. Click the confirmation link in the email to confirm your SAW registration. Proceed to the EAGL IGX external page .
Select the SAW account link used to register for SAW. Complete the EAGL IGX New User registration form. Click the Register button at the bottom of the page.
Ecology will receive a notification of your registration request. When Ecology approves the registration request, EAGL IGX will send you an email letting you know your registration has been approved. Click the EAGL IGX external page link and select the SAW link on the welcome panel.
Viewing agreement documents in original EAGL system The original EAGL system will be available to view agreement documents that have not yet been moved to EAGL IGX. The information is expected to be moved to EAGL IGX by the end of the year, and users will be notified of the change at that time. Access is limited to read-only, and users will be unable to modify existing data but will be able to view and print documents.
New users who have never registered in the original EAGL system need to register to access the original version of EAGL. This includes submitting a new user registration using the instructions below. Note: If you are a newly registered EAGL user, the EAGL system will notify the "authorized official" in your organization that you are a new user.
Once you are registered in EAGL, the "authorized official" must add you to each agreement you need to access. Click "Department of Ecology."
Find EAGL and click "apply." You will receive a system-generated email from SAW when your EAGL account application is confirmed. You're not done yet!
SAW will direct you to a page offering access to EAGL - select the EAGL link. Complete the EAGL registration form. Select the "save" button at the top of the page, SAW will send an email to Ecology with your registration request.

If you already have a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account for other government services, do not create a new account to access EAGL.
