Waste Reduction & Recycling Assistance Program (WRRAP) is sponsored by City of Lincoln, NE. WRRAP offers a rebate for 50% of the costs to establish a recycling or composting program for businesses or nonprofit organizations in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
