Business Incentives | West Palm Beach DDA The West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) offers a range of incentives and programs aimed at fostering the continued growth and vitality of DowntownWPB. The grant shall not exceed 25% of the total project cost up to a maximum of $75,000. Application Fee – $125.

Grants to business owners or property owners for up to 50% of the cost of exterior improvements made to building façades in the DDA district for awnings, signs, landscaping and other similar exterior improvements. Storefront: Up to $10,000 Building façade that is 25,000 sq ft or larger: Up to $20,000 Reimbursement toward expenses that are directly related to the Grand Opening.

The Parklet G rant P rogram offered by the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is provid ing f unding to downtown businesses within the WPB DDA District Boundaries to upgrad e or install a parklet.
The program will reimburse eligible expenses incurred by downtown business es related to the outdoor development, construction, and operation of a parklet. The WPB DDA encourages downtown small businesses to apply .
