# West Virginia Housing Development Fund West Virginia’s state housing finance agency, creating safe, stable, affordable housing that strengthens communities since 1968. We offer low-interest rate mortgages for low- to moderate-income home buyers and help real estate developers access financing for affordable multifamily rental housing developments.
All West Virginia Housing Development Fund loans are serviced by our team in Charleston, West Virginia, making the Fund the largest loan servicer of West Virginia-based loans in the state. Customers can contact our Loan Servicing and Administration Division at 800-933-1272 during regular business hours. Assistance may be available for WVHDF borrowers who may be facing foreclosure or other issues with their loans.
