Grant Opportunity: Whole Person Care Clinical Implementation — Ardmore Institute of Health Grant Opportunity: Whole Person Care Clinical Implementation Ardmore Institute of Health (AIH) works for a future where healthy environments and lifestyles provide equitable and preferred methods to prevent, treat, and reverse chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
Each year, we fund innovative projects that advance our strategic objectives and help make our vision a reality. AIH is currently seeking to fund Whole Person Care implementation trials within primary care.
