Federal Funding and Contracting Opportunities The Bureau of Land Management is seeking proposals for new off-range corral facilities to serve as adoption and sales centers for wild horses and burros gathered from public lands in the West. The BLM will award contracts to one or more corral facilities across the eastern United States that can provide safe, temporary care for these animals.

The webinar provided foundational knowledge about the proposal process as well as an overview of the BLM’s off-range corral and pasture requirements. The BLM anticipates releasing solicitations for off-range corrals and pastures in 2024 on SAM.
