Official Government Website OEMR’s Wildfire Resilience Investment Program (WRIP) invests in projects so Idaho’s electric utilities can m onitor , mitigate, and mobilize against disruptive wildfires. WRIP was launched in September 2025. In November 2025, OEMR awarded eight projects that are set to begin early 2026.
