The block grant was established in the Fiscal Year 2027 budget to provide organizations that are providing housing stability services to Wilmington residents with additional funding. The goal of this RFP is to expand housing stability, prevent displacement, reduce homelessness, and support Wilmington residents with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
